Mesotherapy
Micro-dosed treatment placed exactly where it’s needed, just beneath the surface, rather than something applied across the whole body and hoped for.

What it actually is
Mesotherapy delivers a small, tailored amount of product into the mesoderm — the layer just under the skin — through a series of very shallow micro-injections. Because the product is placed where it is meant to act rather than travelling there, the dose stays small and the effect stays local.
It is gradual and cumulative by design. Results build across a course spaced over weeks, and each session is reviewed with you before the next one is planned. If the area is not responding, that gets said out loud and the plan changes.
Mesotherapy is the one treatment on this menu with real eligibility rules. Medications, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy and breastfeeding all affect whether it is appropriate for you. That screening happens at The Discovery, before anything is booked.
Who it’s for
- You want work on one specific area rather than something general
- You’ve found topical products stop at the surface of the problem
- You’re comfortable with a course over several weeks rather than one dramatic session
- You’re willing to give a full and honest health history, because it genuinely matters here
What happens in the room
Screening first
Medications, allergies, health history and skin condition, reviewed properly. This is not a formality.
Cleanse and prepare
The area is cleaned and, where appropriate, numbed before anything begins.
The micro-injections
A series of shallow placements across the mapped area. It is quick, and most people describe it as small pinpricks.
Soothe
The area is calmed and you are given aftercare in writing before you leave.
What it will not do
Mesotherapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, and it is not a single-session transformation. If your health history rules it out, you will be told plainly and pointed toward something that suits you — not talked into it anyway.
Afterwards
- Leave the area bare for the rest of the day — no makeup over it
- No gym, sauna or hot shower for 24 hours
- Small bumps or pinpoint bruising for a day or two is expected
- Sun protection over the treated area while it settles
Questions about mesotherapy
Does it hurt?
Most people describe it as brief pinpricks rather than pain. Numbing is used where it is appropriate, and the needles are very fine and very shallow.
How many sessions will I need?
It is planned as a course rather than a one-off, and the number depends entirely on the area and your response. You get the estimate and the full cost at The Discovery, in writing.
Will I bruise?
Small pinpoint bruising is common and settles within a few days. If you bruise easily or take blood thinners, say so at The Discovery, because it may change what is recommended.
Who should not have mesotherapy?
Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone on certain medications including blood thinners, and anyone with an active skin condition in the area. There are others, which is exactly why the screening comes first.
You’re already beautiful,
embrace it.
